A new chapter
So we finally made it to our new home. As I write this, we are still waiting for all our belongings to arrive out of storage and still processing the last six months of travelling and adjusting to new challenges. But we are here now, on the south coast of England, close to the beach and all the good things that will bring. I’ll be writing about it all soon, but for now, we just need to unpack and set up our forever home…a new sewing room is on the way.

When one of your children gets married, it is an emotional milestone in your life and this is a way to link the generations in a tangible way. It is just a simple gift, a way to preserve the past and carry it forward to the future. It is a family thing, a very personal gift and what’s more….she loved it…..
