Winter
Oh I do love Winter and this year is our first Christmas in our new home by the sea. I wonder how it would be to walk on the beach in the snow? I so hope that I get a chance to find out.
My new sewing room is up and running and I am gradually getting back into the creative groove, starting with some small Christmas gifts and decorations. There will be a new post coming up soon about what I have made. In the meantime you can find all my previous Christmas projects by going to the journal and clicking on ‘Christmas sewing’. This project has kept me company through six months of displacement and moving around and now that we have finally moved into our forever home by the sea, it is a testament to those days, when so much uncertainty and decision making caused lots of ups and downs. It will be perfect for chilly autumn days by the sea and winter walks when the wind blows and the frosts sparkle.
